Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background investigation will be conducted.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with hotel personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to deter security concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, property concerns, and maintenance issues per site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports with a professional hospitality-focused presence.
