Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of designated areas and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately.
