Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in the job location.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driving positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and access-control practices at a government healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; direct individuals to appropriate departments or locations.
• Document incidents and observations accurately and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
