Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Credentialing in Santa Monica, CA, offering a flexible schedule and reliable hours.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. This role features fixed shifts with the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, and opportunities to pickup extra shifts up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to incidents, and providing customer service to tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law; drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of property areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, observe activity, and document patrols and incidents per site procedures.
• Assist visitors with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
