Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience and comfort using a computer or tablet are preferred.
• Must meet age requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the premises and perimeter.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation of patrols and incidents.
