Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Irving, TX. You will provide customer service, deter incidents through visible patrols, and support access control at a financial institution.

Flexible schedule with a shift-based pay rate of $20.00 per hour and opportunities to grow within a top security firm. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, monitoring access, and maintaining detailed incident reports

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking locations, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and shift communications.
