Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees through site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications per policy.
