Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Greenwood, SC to monitor facility access, patrol property, and provide professional customer service to tenants and staff. Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Computer or tablet use preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial properties and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unauthorized access, and maintain logs and documentation.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, visitors, and leadership regarding security concerns.
