Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time unarmed Security Officer in Graniteville, SC to protect clients at automotive facilities. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, a valid driver’s license where applicable, and comfort with using a computer or tablet. Flexible day-time hours help you balance personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor records, report access concerns.
