Job summary

Allied Universal in Graniteville, SC seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed to provide reliable hours at a fixed site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up shifts. This role offers a fixed schedule with anchors and the option to work additional shifts via the scheduling platform.

Pay is $17.00 per hour, with part-time hours and opportunities to build toward a full-time schedule. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of security experience, be 18+ (21+ for armed roles

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Proficient with computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout automotive operations, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site-specific protocols.
• Communicate observations, hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to leadership.
