Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of entrances, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs per policy.
