Allied Universal in Ladson, SC is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to protect clients across manufacturing and industrial settings. You will monitor areas, deter incidents, control access, and respond to alarms.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, offices and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns to site staff.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following site procedures.
• Document patrols and events and communicate findings to supervisors.
