Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surroundings to identify unusual conditions or violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintaining logs and reports.
• Communicate observations and incidents professionally to staff and leadership.
