Responsibilities include customer service, regular unarmed patrols, access control, incident response, and precise reporting. Minimum requirements include 2 years of security experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; report access-control concerns and suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following escalation and incident-reporting procedures.
• Document patrol observations and incidents in required logs and reports.
