As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time, you will provide customer service to employees and visitors, perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents, with fixed anchor shifts and the option to claim extra shifts through the scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
