Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity according to procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and situations in a calm, professional manner and document observations.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols and incidents in a professional environment.
