Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation per site requirements.
