Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Chesapeake, VA. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media and telecom location.

You will carry out site-specific procedures, respond to incidents, and prepare accurate reports while maintaining a visible, professional presence. A guard card/licence and CPR are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility and perimeters.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and reporting access-control issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Prepare clear activity, incident, and patrol reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, access points and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Verify credentials and manage visitor/contractor entry procedures per site policy.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with clear communication to responders.
• Document incidents and patrols with concise reports.
