Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol CPR Readiness) for the San Francisco, CA area. You will patrol and monitor assigned areas, provide excellent customer service, and support access control while maintaining a visible security presence at a technology location.

The role emphasizes CPR readiness, proactive incident response, and collaboration with onsite teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

CPR and First Aid experience preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, escalating as needed per site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, perimeters, parking areas, and other locations.
Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain records.
Report observations and maintenance-related concerns through established channels and complete required documentation.
