Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in San Francisco, CA to provide customer service, conduct patrols, and monitor access points at a technology-focused site. The role emphasizes a professional presence and adherence to site policies while supporting a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, maintaining logs, and coordinating with leadership and client contacts. CPR/First Aid certification and driving eligibility are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required; report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation.
