Flexibility to build a schedule via the Claim a Shift platform and adhere to site procedures is required. Prior law enforcement or security experience is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• An Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania.
• Armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution, following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; escalate when needed.
• Report unusual activity or hazards to site leadership.
