Allied Universal in PHILADELPHIA, PA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Compliance to provide reliable, friendly service at residential communities. This role offers fixed shifts with anchor scheduling and the ability to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and compliance with site rules; duties include patrolling, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and documenting observations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required; drug screen to be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking, entrances and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitors, vendors, and deliveries according to site policies.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
