Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and in line with procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized persons.
• Prepare logs and reports; communicate observations to leadership.
