Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Access Check Patrol Security Officer in Bronx, NY. You will provide customer service, monitor access, and patrol residential shelter sites to deter incidents and ensure safety.

The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time hours and opportunities to advance through our Shift-claim platform. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and effective communication with residents and staff is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screening may apply per policy.
Prior security or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and clients by following site procedures and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and report to site personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and verify authorization, reporting unauthorized persons or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs for incidents, patrols, and visitor activity.
