Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and agency personnel.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas; verify authorized access.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and notify appropriate responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Prepare logs and incident reports documenting observations and actions.
