The role offers a flexible schedule (Sat/Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM) with a focus on customer service, incident response, and clear communication.

Qualifications

Guard card or license preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check will be conducted as required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, maintain visitor and incident documentation.
Communicate clearly with site personnel and assist with security-related questions or concerns.
