Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed Security Officer in Minster, OH. You will monitor and patrol transportation facilities, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and assist employees and visitors with a courteous service mindset.

You will follow site procedures, document observations, and respond to incidents with professional integrity while contributing to a reliable, team-focused security operation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the transportation facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, hazards, and traffic concerns.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to site contacts and leadership.
