Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check will be conducted in line with laws.
• A drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance or security issues.
• Prepare clear reports and logs per site procedures.
