Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Pahoa, HI. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and assist visitors and staff while upholding client site policies and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
