Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicle traffic, and verify authorization.
• Document patrols and incidents in required reports and communicate information to site management.
