Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Guard in Pittsburgh, PA. You will provide customer service, deter incidents, and perform patrols at a retail banking location.

The role offers flexible scheduling with Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM and Wed 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM shifts, hourly pay of $18.00, and opportunities for career growth through training and our Perks program.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years old for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a retail banking location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, customer areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in accordance with site procedures.
