The role offers flexible scheduling with Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM and Wed 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM shifts, hourly pay of $18.00, and opportunities for career growth through training and our Perks program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a retail banking location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, customer areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in accordance with site procedures.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
