Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements.
