Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required or per policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
• Report observed hazards, equipment concerns, policy violations, and unusual activity to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
