Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and report unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and shift activities per site requirements.
