Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to vendors, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout market areas, vendor spaces, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to site leadership.
