Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of buildings and parking areas.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; notify relevant contacts.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports with confidentiality.
