Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment laws.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the property, including entrances, parking areas, clubhouse facilities, recreational amenities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for members, guests, vendors, and contractors per site policies.
