Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking areas, exteriors, common areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian activity and report maintenance, lighting, parking, and security issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and alert appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation for management.
