Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor and vendor authorization; document entries, incidents, and observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally; escalate as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized access and protect property.
