Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Malaga, WA. This part-time role involves driving between locations, maintaining a visible presence, responding to security concerns, and documenting activities with a tablet or computer.

You will interact professionally with employees and visitors while upholding safety and service standards. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and meet minimum requirements, including age and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license per job requirements.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized access concerns.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while communicating relevant observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
