Job summary

Allied Universal in Raleigh, NC seeks a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide reliable, unarmed patrols and outstanding customer service in healthcare facilities.

Role features fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment, plus Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program to take extra shifts across sites; up to 40 hours weekly when needed, with flexible hours and opportunity to grow within the industry leader.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check will be conducted under federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and following protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities and report hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and parking guidance.
• Prepare reports and communicate observations to leadership.
