Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain professional visitor and vendor interactions.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when directed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications as required.
