Qualifications

• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility location while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries and incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and assist with site emergency protocols.
• Maintain professional presence and report hazards to site contacts.
