Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Hospital Screening in Cleveland, OH. You will provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while performing routine patrols and maintaining a visible security presence in a healthcare environment.

The role offers a part-time schedule with evening shifts and a pay rate of $15.40 per hour. You will respond to incidents, direct visitors, document activities, and support safety procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, staff, and emergency responders in accordance with facility procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
