Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vehicle authorization; issue and collect access credentials and maintain entry records.
• Screen incoming personnel, vehicles, and deliveries according to established procedures; escalate unauthorized access or prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following post orders and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
