Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Clean driving record
• Experience working at a television access center (ideal candidate would be a college student studying Film or Television Productions)
• Outgoing, detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who likes working with others
• Must be able to stand for 2 hours and lift over 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Production, direction, and editing of programs to air on BCTV
• Train and supervise volunteers
• Be a team player
• Develop ideas and script programs
• Any other duties assigned by the Assistant Station Manager or Production Manager
