Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Transcripts and/or a proficiency test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tutoring services to students at scheduled times.
• Assist students with the development of study skills for post-secondary education.
• Keep regular and accurate records of tutoring sessions.
• Modify tutoring strategies to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
• Encourage students to take responsibility for their progress.
• Collaborate with staff to obtain syllabi or materials and develop tutoring materials.
• Complete and submit required documents accurately and timely.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings as required.
