Job summary

Vitality Living is hiring a Transportation Coordinator at Traditions of Smyrna to support residents with safe, timely transport for social and other activities. The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and CPR/First Aid certification, with CDL potential for larger vehicle operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• CPR/First Aid certification desired.
• CDL designation may be required if vehicle capacity exceeds 15 passengers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the community vehicle to social and other destinations according to schedule.
• Practice safe driving and follow state vehicle operation rules.
• Secure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraints during trips.
• Document damages to the vehicle, accidents, and wear and tear.
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicle after outings and ensure fuel is adequate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
