Community Life Bridge is seeking a compassionate Transportation Associate to support the Community Life Ride program. You will provide rides and build relationships with local businesses while acting as a professional representative of the organization.

The role emphasizes serving older adults, staying organized, and being adaptable. Part-time hours average 20 per week, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal and driver background screenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, and HIPAA/Title VI awareness.

Responsabilités

• Provide rides for Community Life Ride members as assigned.
• Balance transportation with community relationship-building efforts.
• Assist Program Coordinator with home visits for new riders as needed.
• Represent Community Life Bridge professionally during all interactions with riders, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.
